簡·斯里格利·莫頓（英語：Jane Srygley Mouton，1930年4月15日—1987年12月7日）是美國管理学理論学家。1964年，莫頓與羅伯特·羅傑斯·布萊克一起創有管理方格理論，並著有《管理方格》一書，該理論模型試圖從關係和領導風格的角度來概念化管理。
