English: Grange Park wading pool, just before sunset, with trees in background.

Nessie sighting in Grange Park wading pool, shortly before 7pm, Saturday Evening, 2005 July 2nd.
A large number of mature trees populate Grange Park.
As a result, there are a large number of leaves that fall into the wading pool and constantly clog the drain. Therefore, the water often remains in the wading pool until late. For safety, the lifeguards need to stay until it drains, and often the children pitch in with buckets and help to drain the pool.
Here, Nessie (a musical pool toy) gets the last of her swim, as the water slowly drains away, with the help of some plastic pails and the lifeguards carrying the water out of the pool.
