对于其他作品，如果其作者是某个联盟国家的国民¹，来源国应为这个联盟国家。

¹—不是联盟国家国民，但在联盟国家境内有惯常居住地的作者，可同化认为是该国家的国民。

因为此作品不符合出版地、作者国籍及国际条约义务的条件，所以根据俄罗斯联邦民法典第1256条，本作品的专有权不会延伸到俄罗斯联邦境内（详情见此）。
