凯尔文·基普图姆（斯瓦希里语：Kelvin Kiptum，1999年12月2日—2024年2月11日[1]）是一位肯尼亚的长跑运动员，现马拉松世界纪录保持者。
基普图姆首次参赛就在2022年的巴伦西亚马拉松跑出历史上第三位跑进两小时两分钟的成绩（2:01:53）并夺得冠军[2]。之后2023年在世界马拉松大满贯之一的伦敦马拉松跑出史上第二快的成绩（2:01:25），距离世界纪录仅差16秒。
基普图姆在2023年的芝加哥马拉松跑出了2:00:35的成绩，是目前世界田径联合会认可的马拉松世界纪录[3][4][5]。
2024年2月11日晚11点，基普图姆在肯尼亚卡普塔加特至埃尔多雷特的途中因车祸丧生[6]。当地警方表示，基普图姆当时驾驶的丰田Premio失去控制，最终撞上60米外的一棵大树。[7]
