阿历克塞四世·梅加斯·科穆宁（希腊语：Αλέξιος Δ΄ Μέγας Κομνηνός，罗马化：Alexios IV Megas Komnēnos，约1382年—1429年10月），是特拉比松帝国的君主（1417年3月5日－1429年10月在位）。[1]他是前任国王曼努埃尔三世和古尔历汉·尤多琪亚所生的长子。
