埃莉諾·瑪麗亞·約瑟法·馮·哈布斯堡（波蘭語：Eleonore Maria Josefa von Habsburg-Österreich，1653年5月21日—1697年12月17日），又稱為奧地利的埃莉諾，波蘭王后（英語：Eleanor of Austria, Queen of Poland），是神聖羅馬帝國皇帝斐迪南三世的女兒，奧地利大公、神聖羅馬帝國皇帝利奧波德一世的妹妹，後嫁入波蘭成為波蘭立陶宛聯邦國王米哈烏的王后[1][2][3]。
她和第二任丈夫洛林公爵夏爾育有兩子也是日後神聖羅馬皇帝弗朗茨一世的祖母。
