邁克爾·韋恩·羅森（英語：Michael Wayne Rosen，1946年5月7日—）[1]是一名英國兒童文學作家和詩人，同時也是一名電視主持人及政治專欄作家。他於2007年至2009年曾獲Children's Laureate獎項。 他無意中創造了"Nice meme"。[2]
