約瑟夫·阿施巴赫（Josef Aschbacher，1962年—）是一位奧地利太空研究員，畢業於因斯布魯克大學並獲得該校的碩士和博士學位。[1][2]自2021年3月1日起，他擔任歐洲航天局局長。他曾於2016年至2021年擔任歐洲航天局地球觀測計劃主任。[3]
