利右苯丙胺（INN：lisdexamfetamine），也叫賴氨酸安非他命，品牌名Vyvanse和Elvanse，是中樞神經系統（CNS）興奮劑右苯丙胺的前體藥物，為一種苯丙胺類（英語：substituted amphetamine）的苯乙胺衍生物，即右旋安非他命和賴氨酸形成的酰胺。^[4]^[5]^[6]該藥品被用於治療青少年及成年人的注意缺陷多動障礙（ADHD）以及成人的中重度暴食症，其給藥方式為口服給藥，藥效通常在兩個小時之內啟動而能維持長達14個小時。^[7]根據英國NCIE的意見，利右苯丙胺可作為二線藥物，用於治療在予足量哌甲酯6周後，在減少ADHD症狀和相關損害方面沒有獲得足夠的益處的6-17歲ADHD患者。^[8]
