馬文·利布曼（英語：Marvin Liebman，1923年7月21日—1997年3月31日），是美國保守派活動家、政治籌款人，後來成為LGBT權利倡導者。他以在冷戰時期創立了中國遊說團而聞名[2]，該組織致力於為中華民國政府爭取美國及國際社會的支持。[3]
