选举墨水（英语：Election ink），是一种半永久性墨水或染料，选民在投票所完成投票后，由选务人员涂在选民的手指（通常为食指）上，以防止重复投票。对于公民身份证件没有标准化或制度化的国家来说，这是一种有效防止选举舞弊的方法。
这种墨水大多含有硝酸银成分，会渗入皮肤角质层，难以用溶剂或界面活性剂等化学的方式清除，但通常在皮肤上停留72-96小时，在指甲和角质层区域会持续2至4周，之后逐渐消失[1]。
