穆罕默德·拉希德帕夏（鄂圖曼土耳其語：محمد راشد باشا，土耳其語：Mehmed Râşid Paşa，1824年—1876年6月15日），是鄂圖曼帝國政治家、外交官。他曾在1866年至1871年擔任敘利亞省瓦利[1]，並在1870年代兩度出任帝國外交大臣。拉希德帕夏作為大維齊爾穆罕默德·艾明·阿里帕夏的門徒，致力於繼續推進坦齊馬特的改革事業[2][3]。他於1876年6月15日在米德哈特帕夏家中舉行的一次內閣會議上被心懷不滿的軍官塞克斯·哈桑貝伊槍殺[4][5]。
