傑伊·蓋瑞克（英語：Jay Garrick）是由DC漫画出版的美国漫画书中一名虚构的超级英雄。他是第一位自称为闪电侠的超级英雄[1]。该漫画角色由作家加德纳·福克斯和艺术家哈利·兰伯特所创作，首次亮相于漫画书《闪电漫画》#1（1940年）中。傑伊·蓋瑞克在经历了一场奇怪的实验室事故后，意外获得了以超人速度奔跑的能力；他后来选择成为便装义警并打击犯罪，自称“闪电侠”。
