埃德加·馬丁尼茲最佳指定打擊獎，簡稱埃德加·馬丁尼茲獎，是美國職棒大聯盟每年頒發給年度最佳指定打擊的獎項。該獎項從1973年美國聯盟引進指定打擊制度後開始頒發，並透過分線採訪、廣播播報和公共分析的俱樂部或團體所投票選出。[1]一名打者單季必須要以指定打擊身分上場至少累積100打席才有獲獎資格。[2]

2004年9月，大聯盟決定以埃德加·馬丁尼茲之名來為此獎項命名，[3]馬丁尼茲18年職棒生涯都效力於西雅圖水手，打擊率為3成12，並敲出309轟與1261分打點。[4]

1973年到2019年間，只有美國聯盟採用指定打擊。後來國家聯盟在2020年試辦指定打擊制，這也讓馬歇爾·歐祖納成為首位獲獎的國聯球員。[5]在2021年回歸投手打擊制後，國聯決定在2022年跟進美聯，永久採用指定打擊制。[6]

大衛·歐提茲生涯獲獎8次，是大聯盟歷史第一。[7][8]大谷翔平在2021年成為大聯盟首位同時拿下此獎與年度MVP的球員，[9]而他在2023年再度達成此成就。[10]
