}} 第十八屆亞洲運動會 （{{lang-en|Jakarta Palembang 2018 Asian Games}}）於2018年8月18日至9月2日在印尼首都雅加達舉行。[5]巨港和萬隆是協辦城市。[1]2014年9月19日，亞奧理事會執行委員會宣布由印尼獲得本屆賽事的主辦權。[6]為了避開印尼總統選舉，賽事提前於2018年舉辦，而不是原計畫中的2019年。[7]

本屆賽事原本的主辦城市為越南河內，[8]因為財政問題而放棄主辦。[9]

2012年11月8日，在第31届亚奥理事会会员大会上，越南河内将和印尼泗水市和阿联酋迪拜争夺赛事主办权。河内最终以29比14的票数击败泗水市胜出[10]。迪拜在最后关头弃权，宣布把重心放在之后的申办中。阿联酋国家奥委会副主席否认弃权，表示迪拜“不申请举办2019年亚运会”，“只是考虑过”这样做[8][11][12]。

2014年3月，越南传出问题，1.5亿美元的预算可能超支，最终花费有望超过3亿。此外，评论员认为2003年東南亞運動會时建造的场馆一直没有用过[13]。越南奥委会前主席何光譽也表示举办亚运会不会促进旅游业发展[14]。

2014年4月7日，越南总理阮晋勇正式宣布河内放弃举办[9]，得到越南民众支持[15][16]。他表示弃权的主要原因是毫无准备和经济衰退，国家无法负担设施和场地的建设费用[9]。

越南弃权后，亚奥理事会表示印尼、中国和阿联酋是主办权的主要竞争者[17]。普遍认为，上次申办排第二的印尼很有可能胜出[18]，如果被选中，他们也愿意举办[19]。菲律宾[20]和印度也表示出兴趣，但印度迟迟未提交申办，亚奥理事会在延长期也没有接触到总理纳伦德拉·莫迪[21]。

2014年5月5日，亚奥理事会考察雅加达、泗水、万隆和巨港等城市。当时泗水已主办2021年亚洲青年运动会，放弃申办[22]。2014年7月25日，亚奥理事会在科威特城选定雅加达为赛事举办城市，巨港协助举办。雅加达因设备齐全的运动设施、发达的交通网络以及宾馆和住宿等为宾客提供的设施，被亚奥理事会相中[23]。2014年9月20日，印尼签署主办合約[24]。在2014年仁川亚运会闭幕式上，印尼象征性地被亚奥理事会任命为下届亚运会的举办地[25][26][27]。

亚奥理事会原计划在2019年，而不是2018年举办赛事，这样赛事就能在2020年东京奥运会之前进行。印尼不希望赛事和{{le|2019年印度尼西亞總統暨立法機構選舉|Indonesian general election, 2019|2019年大选}}冲突，亚奥理事会放弃了该计划[28][29]。

赛事总开支约32亿美元[30][31]。2015年，印尼中央政府拨出3万亿印尼盾的赛事筹备资金，其中部分资金由地方管理部门承担[32]。不过，2018年6月公开的预算拨款为6.6万亿印尼盾，其中有8690亿来自赞助商[33][34][35]。

Kaka,Atung,Bhin Bhin 会徽于2015年9月9日的印尼国家运动日公布，取材自印尼珍稀鸟类{{le|极乐鸟属|Cenderawasih|极乐鸟}}的形态[36]。然而许多人批评该设计过时，筹备方最终于2016年1月撤回这一设计方案。吉祥物Drawa也被斥和印尼文化和历史的关系不大，部分印尼人开玩笑说Drawa更像鸡，而不是极乐鸟。之后的设计方案公开招标最终收到了60份设计。2016年7月28日，最终方案“亚洲能量”（{{lang|en|Energy of Asia}}）正式出炉，设计取材于朋卡諾體育場主場館，象征着亚洲各国的团结[37][38][39]。

三只新的吉祥物也在同日揭晓：Bhin Bhin是大极乐鸟、Atung是巴岛花鹿、Kaka是爪哇犀牛，分别象征着印尼东部、中部和西部地区以及谋略、速度和力量。每只吉祥物的服饰各不相同，Bhin Bhin穿着阿斯馬特族图案的背心，Kaka穿着点缀着花卉图案的巨港传统服装，Atung穿着雅加达蜡染图案的纱笼[40]。

2017年8月18日，雅加达印尼国家纪念塔和巨港{{le|库托贝撒堡|Kuto Besak}}公布举办赛事倒数一周年庆典。总统佐科·维多多出席雅加达的活动，期间韩流组合少女时代的太妍和孝渊登场表演。设立于{{le|欢迎纪念碑|Selamat Datang Monument}}和{{le|苏西洛·班邦·尤多约诺体育场|Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium}}前的倒计时钟揭晓[41][42]。

2017年12月，亚洲多国举办欢乐跑活动，巴基斯坦的拉合尔是举办活动的首个城市[43]。

2018年5月，赛事倒数100天活动举行，亚运圣火火炬登场。火炬灵感出自雅加达和巨港的传统武器golok和skin[44]。

2018年7月，印尼亚运会组织委员会对外公布金牌设计。设计采用亚运会标志和印尼各个地区的蜡染图案，反映印尼文化多样性及其团结。除此之外，蜡染团也反映赛事参赛国家的民族、宗教和种族多样性[45]。

2018年7月13日，组委会发布赛事官方音乐专辑《{{le|2018年亚洲运动会：亚洲能量|Asian Games 2018: Energy of Asia}}》，其收录多名音乐人跨界操刀的13首歌曲[46]。

聖火接力

2018年7月15日，圣火在第1届亚洲运动会的举办地印度新德里戴亞·昌德國家體育場采集[47]。2018年7月18日，在日惹附近的普兰巴南9世纪印度神庙梵天场举行的仪式上，从印度采集的圣火和中爪哇省的长明灯融合。随后，火炬接力音乐会举行，标志着全国范围的传递活动正式开始[48]。

圣火途径印尼18个省份的54座城市，最终在8月17日印尼独立日于国家纪念塔结束，之后会在翌日进入开幕式会场朋卡諾體育場主場館[47]。

場館建築

雅加达、南苏门答腊省、万丹省和西爪哇省为赛事修建或翻新了场馆。赛事设施坐落于首都雅加达的三个运动区和巨港的一个运动区。然而，和雅加达接壤的西爪哇和万丹的15座比赛场地和11座训练场将用来支持比赛，因此比赛和训练用场总共80座。组委会利用现存场馆和设施，包括2011年东南亚运动会场馆，希望节省开支。2018年2月的测试赛过后，组委会将部分比赛项目从雅加达国际博览会搬到雅加达会展中心举行。

雅加达朋卡諾體育場经过翻新，将独自举办13个项目。擁有55年歷史的主体育场容量从88000减少到76127。为应对恐怖威胁，球场安装了面部识别系统。位于东雅加达行政市{{le|拉瓦芒溫|Rawamangun}}的{{le|雅加达国际自行车赛场|Jakarta International Velodrome|自行车场}}的建设耗资4000万美元，用于自行车、羽毛球、五人足球、篮球和摔跤比赛[49]。{{le|布罗玛斯|Pulomas}}的马术公园的建造耗资3080万美元，佔地35公顷，配备100个马厩、运动员居所、兽医院、训练场地和停车场，能容纳1000名观众[50]。

巨港

格羅拉·斯里維加亞體育場将举办女子足球决赛。

巨港的查卡峇林體育城承办其他项目赛事。园区新增并改善部分设施，其中格羅拉·斯里維加亞體育場从3.6万座位升级到6万座位的扩展工程被取消，取而代之是将场内整个看台以及球场等设施改造，将座位减少到2.7万个[51]。查加巴灵体育城新建的40道保龄球馆，于2018年5月底完工[52]。此外还新增了八个网球场[53]。查加巴灵湖的轻艇和皮划艇场地长度扩展到2300米，还由新建的赛艇设施和岸边的看台[54]。现有的场馆也经过翻修，其中拉努运动堂成为藤球场馆[55]。

本屆亞運會的运动员村。

本屆亞運會的运动员村位于{{le|玛腰兰|Kemayoran}}，共有10座塔楼7424套公寓，占地10公顷。总容纳人数为22272人，超越国际奥委会需要主办城市为1.4万名运动会提供客房的标准。巨港查加巴灵体育城的运动员村容纳3000名运动员和官员[56][57]。

交通

安培拉轻轨站是巨港其中一座新建的轻轨车站。

雅加达地铁和雅加达轻轨施工进度加快，争取在比赛前完工[58]。其中一条轻轨线路连接中雅加达行政市{{le|玛腰兰|Kemayoran}}运动员村和东雅加达行政市{{le|普洛加东|Rawamangun}}自行车场。市内巴士运营商{{le|雅加达专线巴士|TransJakarta}}新增416条线路服务官员[59]，并在比赛期间特定日期提供免费乘车服务[60]。

巨港也对当地的公共交通设施进行升格，其中包括修建了苏丹马哈茂德巴达鲁丁二世机场（巨港机场）至查加巴灵运动城的25公里轻轨线路，并于2018年6月投入使用[61][62]，巨港机场也扩建了进出港航站楼以提升载客量，并修建行人天桥和轻轨站台连接[63]。城内还修建了收费公路、高架桥和大桥[64]。

比賽項目

2017年3月，亚奥理事会宣布本届比赛项目共设42个大项484个小项，包括2016年里約奧運會的28个永久奥运项目、2020年东京奥运会新增的5个项目及其他非奥运项目[99]。2017年4月，亚奥理事会考虑到削减开支，取消摔跤、板球、古拉什、滑板运动、桑搏和冲浪比赛，桥牌、水上摩托车、柔术、滑翔伞、運動攀登、跆拳道（尤其是非奥运重量级）和武术比赛数量减少，调整后的项目总数为431个[100][101]。

项目的最终安排于2017年9月公布，总数增至40个大项462个小项，属亚运史上第二多。新增2020年东京奥运会项目3x3篮球和{{le|自由式小轮车|Freestyle BMX}}[102]。

此外，亚运史上第一次将电子竞技和轻艇水球列为表演项目，其中电子竞技设置六款比赛游戏[103]。

  • 雅加达作为全球交通最为拥堵的城市，正在修建地铁网络。然而，工程到2019年才完工，因此组委会提议赛事期间学校停课，减少数百万学生的通勤出行。当局还提议在赛事期间为官员和运动会设立专用收费公路和公交专用道，同时实行单双号限行措施，限制上路车辆数目[105][106]。
  • 安全也是一大问题。距离开幕还有几个月，印尼发生连环恐怖袭击，十多名平民遇难，引起人们对伊斯兰极端分子的恐惧。主办地雅加达、巨港和西爪哇部署了大约10万名安全人员，包括炸弹处置小队和狙击小队。当地警察表示，他们在赛会前夕一直在打击恐怖嫌疑人和街头小罪犯[105][107]。此前，马来西亚奥林匹克委员会对该国运动员的安全表示担忧，因为印尼球迷在赛场和社交媒体上频繁挑衅该国运动员[108]。
  • 空气污染困扰着两大城市。经常被世界卫生组织认为不安全的雅加达虽然一直努力提高空气质量，但2018年7月初的空气质量指数平均得分超过100，一度在7月17日上午11点达到“不健康”的171。赛事正值旱季，巨港也处在泥炭地失火引发霾害的风险中。官方打算针对火灾热点采用人工降雨，同时在合适的云层中撒盐[109]。当局还用黑色尼龙网遮盖运动员村附近一条散发恶臭的污水河[110] 。

  • 2018年7月21日，苏西洛·班邦·尤多约诺体育场女子足球场举行地方足球赛时发生骚动，至少335个座位受损[111]。
  • 由于阿联酋和巴勒斯坦因操作失误没有参加男子足球比赛首轮抽签，加上伊拉克后来宣布弃权，官员被迫重新分组，决定阿联酋进入C组取代伊拉克，抽签举行了三次[112]。
  • 於開幕禮前夕，有記者與觀眾批評開幕禮的場館交通接駁混亂，無法乘搭大會提供的接駁車[113]。
  • 在游泳比赛男子200米自由式颁奖典礼上，三位奖牌得主的国家国旗因技术故障跌落在地。获得金牌的中国选手孙杨见状立刻步下颁奖台，要求重升一遍国旗。国旗随后被重新绑上，但由于起重机已经损坏无法升起，只能把中国国歌再放一遍[114][115][116]。
  • 在舉重比賽女子58公斤級賽場上，中華台北選手郭婞淳於挺舉第二次試舉時要求133公斤，但他於試舉時感覺兩邊槓鈴重量不平均，立即向大會抗議，之後發現一邊槓鈴重量為66.5公斤，另一邊卻僅有65公斤，最後大會以較輕的130公斤作為該次試舉成績。[117]
  • 本届亚运会马来武术的比赛也被认为对东道主印尼有利，其中男子E级（65至70公斤级）决赛时马来西亚世界冠军代表阿尔祖菲里在比赛中遭遇不公判罚，其得分也被裁判无视，并在比赛只剩两秒时被总秘书指示退出比赛抗议，最终以1比4不敌印尼选手的阿迪布特拉。而当天（27日）的另三场比赛马来西亚也遭遇同样的情况，最终全部项目结束后只获4银4铜，而作为东道主的印尼则有14枚金牌。[121]
